Recipe Breakfast Tomatoes
These tomatoes taste good with everything like an omelette, a quiche or a simple cheese sandwich. It is a big favourite among our guests. You can also keep them for a week, but we haven't been able to!
- box of cherry tomatoes halved
- sunflower oil
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon oregano
- 6 sprigs of thyme
Preheat oven to 90 degrees. Put the tomatoes in a bowl and sprinkle with salt, sugar and oregano. Place the thyme between the tomatoes. Pour the oil over the tomatoes so that they are underneath. Place the dish in the oven for 2 hours, let it cool down and enjoy!
